We love hearing positive and constructive feedback from all our guests and visitors. The Linda Sue Manor is trying to find its niche in our lovely hometown of Sioux City. We are learning and improving along the way to provide the best, unique place for guests to stay.
We've recently come across the saying "Boutique Hotel". By definition this means: a small stylish hotel, typically one situated in a fashionable urban location. Although we love the traditional style of a Bed and Breakfast, we find ourselves falling more under this trendy category.
We supply guests with a fully stocked kitchen and breakfast items, but don't serve guests a breakfast at this time. With that being said we don't want to define ourselves as just a B&B. Rather we are a blend of a Boutique Hotel and B&B.
Time will help us improve our home to make each guests stay memorable! We appreciate all the support and kind words from our community!

"If you haven't already stayed at the Linda Sue Manor, you NEED to! It's a beautiful, Victorian home that has been perfectly restored and maintained. Not only is it beautiful, it's clean and sits in the most charming neighborhood! The amenities are more than you will ever find at any hotel. You have access to a huge kitchen with more space than you'll need, plus outside BBQ and seating areas. It's fantastic! The hosts are so welcoming, we truly feel at home away from home. I love to walk around the home and daydream about what it was like in the 1800's and 1900's. Just thinking about how much work was put into every detail of this home is crazy! It's a step back in time with all the modern amenities and beautiful touches. Plus the beds are super comfy and no shortage of pillows which is a must for me!! We have already booked again and will continue to do so until we find our house. I give it a 10!!"
Not only do you get to take in the beauty and regality of this beautiful home, you actually get to stay here. 10 foot ceilings, huge open staircase, oak and walnut millwork that you never see today, parquet floors, carefully selected furnishing that accentuate the home - ACES all the way around. Do not go anywhere else if your in Sioux City - this IS the place !!!!!!!
Beautiful house on a beautiful street. Our host was very responsive. It is nice they provide some food for breakfast. It is mostly prepackaged items. This was a perfect place to stay while we were in town for a concert. Great value!
This beautiful 120 year old mansion has been exquisitely restored and is like walking through a living museum, paintings, children's books, even early 1900s toiletries on display. Brittany has made the home a true home with its modern comforts as well, coffee makers in every room, a kitchen stocked with breakfast snacks, soft towels and luxurious bedding to sink into each night. I loved the automatic fireplace in the ballroom upstairs. My four day stay was much more than expected. Brittany and Kelly were attentive, kind and warm. I felt so welcome and I will surely return on my next stay in Sioux City. No more hotels for me!
The Linda Sue Manor is one of the most gorgeous homes we have ever stayed in!!! Our wedding was at the Peirce Mansion and the Linda Sue Manor was the perfect location to compliment that. We had most of our wedding party stay with us, it gave us a home to entertain out of town guests who wanted more time with us than just the wedding itself, and the home was warm and inviting and the perfect place to relax during a sometimes stressful weekend. Brittany was absolutely lovely... she was there to greet us when we arrived, gave us a full tour, left us little extras with snacks in the rooms and in the kitchen, and was always prompt to respond when we had a question. We couldn't have asked for anything better in a hostess! We walked away from our wedding weekend with a great experience, and will definitely return in the future to reminisce and remember! :)
